Orders

• Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment.
• Once order is placed, cancellation may not be possible after dispatch.

Product Details

• Slight colour or design variation may happen due to lighting and handmade finishing.

Replacement Policy

• If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• A clear 360° parcel opening video is compulsory for any replacement claim.
• Video should start before opening the package and show the parcel clearly without cuts or edits.
• Without parcel opening video, replacement request will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

• No refund available once order is placed.
• Only replacement will be provided for damaged or wrong items (with valid opening video proof).
• Customized or sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Shipping

• Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier service.
• We are not responsible for courier delays or incorrect address provided by customer.
